Plus, this year, we’re expanding the festival to include a vendor marketplace, including organic produce and a seed share. It all goes down on Sunday, April 21 from 1 – 6 p.m. in St. Petersburg, FL.

This year’s music lineup:

The Gita (Reunion Show) – Having formed in 1998 and disbanded in 2003, this 10-time “Best of the Bay” award-winning band takes the stage once again with their blend of pop, folk and world-beat. (RIYL: The Dave Mathews Band, Bruce Springsteen, Kula Shaker)

Rise of Saturn – A 5-piece band with 2 drummers and a singer that doubles on the trumpet, ROS brings hip-hop, funk, progressive rock, reggae and lots of indie swagger. (RIYL: 311, The Roots, Galactic)

Geri X – Named “Best of Indie” by Rolling Stone Magazine in 2011, indie folk songstress Geri X took Tampa Bay by storm with her 2008 debut. She has been called “mesmerizing, haunting, captivating” and occasionally, “late for dinner.” (RIYL: Fiona Apple, Neko Case, Howlin’ Wolf)

Sons of Hippies – This psychedelic / industrial / garage trio took home Creative Loafing’s “Best of the Bay” critics’ choice award in 2009 and 2011. Don’t let their flowery name fool you, this band will have you eating the red pill and dancing into the twilight with their post-apocalyptic space rock. (RIYL: Radiohead, Patti Smith, Yeasayer)

Red Feather – Like Jim James on a Native American vision quest, Red Feather performs “music from the city about the beauty of the mind and country.” (RIYL: My Morning Jacket, Iron and Wine, Fleet Foxes)

Workshops:

Dr. Sheri Rosenthal – “Awakening Your Inner Alchemist”
Denise O’Dunn – “Ayurveda: What Is It? Who Are You?”
