All are encouraged to bring a stone for our collection. For virtual circles, you may bring a stone or a candle. Donations are always accepted.

* For US Circles: In the event of rain, Third Sunday circles will be held at the Metta Center. Childcare is provided at both services.

Classes and Workshops

COSMIC DANCE: A Celebration of the Equinox through Drumming and Dance

Integral Church invites you to celebrate the turning of the Cosmic Clock through ritual, drumming and dance.

Based on Matthew Fox’s four paths of Creation Spirituality, the Cosmic Dance honors the changing seasons during the quarterly solstice and equinox (Ostara, Litha, Mabon and Yule). The Cosmic Dance is an opportunity to bring forth what you love most in the world, open and release what no longer serves you, dance and sweat your prayers, and connect with a growing spiritual community.

Bring a drum, rattle and/or sacred item for the altar. This event may get hot and loud. No photography is permitted, but dancers and drummers of all skill levels are welcome. No children under 12 years old, please.

SPIRITUALITY FOR MEN

Calling all warriors, magicians, kings, lovers, artists, storytellers and sacred fools.

Join author, speaker, interfaith minister, facilitator and creativity coach Joran Slane Oppelt for a monthly men’s meetup. All beliefs, attitudes and pre-conceived notions are welcome to this raw, open discussion about what it means to be a man. We just can’t promise that you’ll leave with them.

What to bring:

* A readiness to share
* A willingness to listen
* Ideas for future discussion topics

$10 suggested donation (no one turned away).
